L-Mesitran® Border consists of a combined hydrogel and honey pad on a strong fixation layer. The L-Mesitran® Border dressing is ideal for those difficult locations where regular dressings do not adhere or where mobility is key. L-Mesitran® Border is also perfectly suited for those wounds that need to have the exudate locked away and absorbed, preventing maceration and odour. L-Mesitran® Border also shows its qualities when the dressed wound is in contact with water e.g. showering, incontinence etc. The dressing will adhere even in the wettest conditions.
